
Dr. Autumn Tomas has dedicated more than three decades to supporting children, families, and communities through early childhood education and nonprofit leadership. Her journey began as a Head Start parent, an experience that sparked a lifetime commitment to strengthening programs that serve vulnerable families.
Over the years, Dr. Tomas has served in a variety of leadership roles, including teacher, coach, childcare center director, and Head Start Director. These experiences provide a deep understanding of the challenges faced by program leaders and staff working to deliver high-quality services.
Today, she works as a national consultant supporting Head Start and nonprofit organizations in strengthening systems, improving compliance, and developing strategic plans that guide sustainable growth.
